Instructive Quilting Techniques
I bought this book because I like strip piecing and am accumulating scraps.
It is clearly written and illustrated, even a beginner would be able to make the spider web patterns start to finish.
I'd have liked more patterns for strip and scrap quilting.
It is more a How-to quilt book than pattern book for quilting

Using up Scraps with Quilt in a Day!
In Eleanor Burns' typical easy-to-understand and COMPLETE fashion, this book explains every step clearly so that ANY quilter can be very successful in completing a quilt. I have loads of scraps to use up, and the patterns are just perfect to use!
