Grilling - get the meat, ready, set and then go!
After getting started in grilling and smoking, I soon realized there was more to it than tossing the meat on the gill and making sure it k didn't burn. Starting out with a marinade to ensure moistness, then using rubs to develop flavors and a crust, basting as you go for tenderness, then additions of butters to enhance the flavors and finishing with a glaze to make it look good result in an absolutely scrumptious feast. It ends both looking AND tasting great! Well worth the purchase.
