Phone Is Frustrating
It doesn't doesn't text well. The touch screen is not accurate. It continuously flips between two different screens while you're trying to choose a different options than it selects for you. I've changed the sensitivity settings and that doesn't help. The phone has a mind of its own. I'm sending it back.

Best Verizon Phone For Your Forty Dollars
This is a great phone for someone who does not want or need a smart phone. It offers all the features which a user needs, less email and internet. Not everyone needs an Android or an iPhone. But in today's market there are fewer and fewer good phones available. Phones. Not smart phones. Just plain phones.
I love this phone. I purchased it for my employee. It works great. Reception is crystal clear, it takes excellent photos, and slides open for texts. And the price was unbeatable. Sold.

I would buy it again!
I really like having a touch screen and a Qwerty keyboard on a device that is NOT a smart phone. It's kind of small, so I think it needs a case to keep from dropping it. I've found it easy to use, which is saying a lot for a "cell phone-aphobe".

It will do, but I'm not impressed.
Touch pad does not work well. Even with sensitivity at it's highest setting, it does not always recognize when I touch it. Does not seem very durable, either. If you drop it, cover flies off EVERY TIME and battery comes out EVERY TIME even if it's not a particularly hard drop. It does work, and I don't use my phone frequently so I will probably not return it, but if I had it to do over I would buy something else. I can tell immediately that this phone is not going to last a long time like my last one did.

Big mistake in buying this phone. Key pad is too small making texting difficult. Lasted about 2 months before charger would not connect properly to recharge phone. Phone does not use universal charger so new wall charger would have to be ordered. Wasn't willing to invest any more money into this phone because there was no way for me to know if new charger would fix the problem. Was trying to be economical but ended up being money thrown down the drain! Went to Verizon store and purchased a phone there like I probably should have done to begin with.
