Great value, works perfectly without hassle.
I spent less than $80 to get a 120GB SSD to put my OS and apps on for lightning fast booting and function. Works perfectly, couldn't imagine a better deal. On the other hand, I'm not a computer expert so maybe a better deal is out there. I plugged it in and it started working as soon as I booted up. I used Carbon Copy Cloner to format the new drive and copy the primary hard drive on there (moved documents and deleted junk first), and selected the SSD in BIOS next time it booted up. Easy as pie, and my computer now boots in 10 seconds. If I were to change anything in hindsight, I'd probably get a SSD with more storage for more apps and possibly a boot camp partition as well. My OS and apps (OS X 10.7.5, Mac Pro) amount to ~90GB so a windows partition wouldn't fit. Make sure to figure out EXACTLY how much space you need for a SSD because each GB is more money.Read full review

Buy it along with an HDD. You won't regret it.
I wanted to speed up my computer and really get things running at maximum. This meant a fair bit of ram being purchased, and a bit of overclocking, but the biggest improvement I saw in my system came from this SSD. Lightning quick load times, booting in 10 seconds, and a software that makes optimization easy. A very worthy purchase if you can get it for a good price. As it is with most drives, it advertises 120GB, but for me only 111GB was actually usable out of the box. This is the only issue I had. Oh, and this thing is tiny. I literally lost it when I was installing it and spent 10 minutes looking for it. Keep an eye on yours!

Great Product, great value for the money
Great Product at a good price, highly recommended. SSd are much better than regular hard drives, with no moving parts they are not damaged as easily and for the cost are a much better overall value.

Well worth the investement for the gain in performance.
Noticable improvement is boot speed. From minutes on the old IDE to 20 seconds using SATA 1 on an old E-Machine Tower. Insatlled in munutes and transfered all files from the existing HD over without any issues. File access time is wonderfull photo's load in a flash. My internet connection speed is now the slowest part of the system. Too bad this product can not cure this. I have recommended this to others and they have enjoyed the same experiance
