A great getaway show
I like the TV series "Royal Pains" enough that I decided to buy the DVD. I found a better deal on eBay and grabbed it. The series is about a doctor, Hank Lawson, who has an important patient die and gets barred from working at hospitals in New York. His brother, Evan, drags him to the Hamptons for Memorial Day weekend where Hank is introduced to concierge doctors (private doctors for hire). After treating several patients, Hank decided to give this new practice a try and moves into the guest house of a German billionaire (Boris Kuester von Jurgens-Ratenicz). Hank also enlists the aid of a PA named Divya. The series then follows Hank as he treat the very rich as well as those who can't afford to see a doctor. He has a romantic relationship with the hospital administrator. I like the characters although I do get tired of Evan and his get-rich-quick schemes. I really like the character of Boris (Campbell Scott) but he is considered a guest star and is not in all episodes. Royal Pains is another great USA network show so it all has to do with characters. Give it a try!Read full review

Excellent series and a terrific price!
We started watching Royal Pains during the third season and immediately got hooked. This prompted us to buy Season 1, and the best prices were on ebay. Now we wish we had started watching from the beginning. It's an excellent series, typical of the quality and innovative programming that USA has developed. Highly recommended!

Royal Pains - Love it!!
For me, Royal Pains is my escape. I've been to the Hamptons many times but it is the other Hamptons. Montauk Highway has shops trhat I can't afford but the cast of Royal Pains can afford them. If you want to see how the rich and famous live you must see this show. As rich as they are, they are very human with human frailties. The scenery is gorgeous and the characters are excellent in their performances. Royal Pains is my escape from very poor television programming. You should make it your escape also.

Very good price for a very good DVD set
I bought this because I love Royal Pains and I am very glad that I bought it. I was very glad that it came new, wrapped, and ready to watch. The product was very good and less than what you would have to pay at Best Buy.

Best Show Ever!
I Love It, never a dull moment! Mostly because I am pursuing my physician assistant degree currently and I am an Indian so I totally relate to Divya Katdare played by Reshma Shetty. And also because It is fun to watch, and very entertaining.
