No Country for Old Men Blu-Ray used
Cheap way to buy blu ray's right off ebay. There is no need to pa $35 dollars at best buy for a barely used Blu Ray that plays just the same and carries the same picture quality. I do it all the tiime. Buy quality "Oscar" type films on Blu Ray for a fraction of the cost of a brand new one.

NO COUNTRY FOR OLD MEN revels in the state-of-the-art special effects and frantic violence characteristic to most of director Paul Verhoeven's American productions. Though based on a story by the creator of Blade Runner, author Philip K. Dick, Total Recall is more of an action movie than a philosophical rumination on identity. Still, the film gets a lot of mileage out of the questionable notion that "you are what you remember." The screenplay was finally credited to seven screenwriters; it had bounced around Hollywood for a number of years with different directors and stars before it reached Verhoeven. The director's brand of high-octane, cartoonish violence is a good fit with the material, though his style may have been better suited to 1988's more satiric Robocop. The movie received a special achievement Academy Award for its impressive effects.Read full review

Yes! For No Country For Old Men!
I love this Blu-ray version of No Country For Old Men, I must have viewed it 15 times! Javier Bardem is an excellent actor from Spain, and a bit out of his usual character-type (as in Love in the Time of Cholera, where he plays a playboy lovesick philanderer), does a superb job of doing the job of portraying psychopathic killer, Anton Chigur, who, by my count, kills 9 in the movie.
Josh Brolin, husband in real life of Diane Lane, sex-kitten of the silver screen, plays Llewellin Moss, who happens upon 2 million dollars in hundred dollar packs, stashed in a satchel and left in the desert after a Mexican drug deal went bad. He is pursued throughout the film for the money by the relentless Chigur, and finally meets his end without any justice, by a gang of Mexican bandits, and, in fact, even Anton Chigur, the killer, never gets any of the 2 million.
This Academy award and Caan Film Festival winner for 2007, is an excellent movie directed by the celbrated and perfectionist Coen Brothers, and in Blu-ray proves well worth the higher pricetag.Read full review
