Well Worth It
I have other portable game systems of higher graphical quality but the Gameboy Mini is so portable that I commonly carry it daily. I would recommend combining the Mini with a "EZ-Flash IV" and micro SD card, and you'll always have an ample supply of games to play during your down time.

Small gaming for Big gameplayers!
Many people who own or know about Nintendo DS, love it for touch screen capability. I own the pink one myself and I love it. But many people don't know about the Gameboy Micro since the DS got so much publicity. The Micro is great for small hands or gameplayers who want to carry a very small Gameboy. I had known about the Gameboy Micro right after the DS release, but just never got around to purchasing one. Then I thought, after awhile, why don't I just buy it on Ebay? What a great idea!! Now for most of you or for the parents questioning, "should I get one for my child?" Ok, remember, this Gameboy does not use the game card, as in DS games. You will be using the games like the ones for Gameboy advance. There is no touch screen, yet a very bright and clear screen for game-playing at any time of the day. Me personally, I knew what I was buying, and I wanted an additional Gameboy for my purse and for when I'm on the go. The cool thing too about this tiny little thing, is that you can change the faceplates and it looks very cool. And I have kids myself and they get what I get. So you can only imagine the confusion of, "which ones mine?" Ya, well don't worry there! There's a lil spot where you can tie one of those little cute cell phone straps! I love my gaming experience on this Micro, because the music and audio is amplified. You wouldn't think so much loudness comes from such a tiny thing, oh but it does! And the brightness of the colors and just the clarity is immaculate! I give a 2 tiny thumbs up for this wonderful tiny little Gameboy Micro!Read full review

Compact gaming simplicity!
WHAT I LIKE:
Ultra-portable - It's really easy to carry anywhere you go and fits in any pocket with room to spare for a cellphone, ipod, etc. There's no reason not to carry it around all the time.
Sleek & Discreet - The Game Boy Micro is the size of an average cell phone so most people may assume you are texting rather than playing Super Mario 3. It's a pretty stylish looking system with a simple design. Must better looking than the Advance SP.
Standard Headphone Jack - No special headphones are required. The internal speaker isn't bad, but headphones provide much better audio.
Game library - There are a lot of great Game Boy Advance games out there and they are cheap! It's really great to have a pocket size collection of classics like Final Fantasy, Super Mario Bros and Pokemon.
WHAT I DON'T LIKE
Plastic Faceplates - They are easily scratched. Finding a new one is impossible and used ones are hit or miss. Someone really needs to produce more faceplates for those who use their GBMs heavily. If you get a good one be sure to buy some sort of case and/or screen protector to keep it in good shape. Being able to swap them is useless if there are no new ones.
No sleep mode - I've gotten used to flipping my DS screen closed to suspend a game and them open it up to resume it. Finding a save point in a game typically isn't difficult, but it takes a little longer.Read full review
