This is good for those looking to downsize and simplify.
I bought this phone to downgrade from a smartphone, to save some money, and this was perfect.

Pros: The phone is easy to figure out operation wise. Purple color is more subtle than the photo. Texting is easy to do and the touch pad on the screen for dialing out has great response to touch. (better than my $400 smart phone! The battery lasts a very long time (also better than my smartphone). I am not an excessive talker, but I do text alot and that seems to have no affect on the battery. This is a phone that is great for simple uses, placing calls, texting, possibly email etc...

cons: there sometimes is a lag in response after using the keypad to dial out. This may be because it was purchased refurbished. The lock screen is too easy to unlock. Since it is so easy often if my child, who is only 1 years old, grabs it he is somehow able to place calls, connect to the internet,etc.. although you can turn these features off (which I have done) I would figure it would be harder to unlock it. Such as if you lock it you can slide the phone to unlock or just click the center button. You can put a security lock on it, however, it takes so many different functions to get to that screen its more of a task than just hiding the phone.Read full review

Needed a dependable cheap phone and this item was exactly what I needed.
Phone is a little heavy compared to others I have had. Buttons are a little stiff, but the phone works great. I needed something cheap and dependable until I could upgrade my cellular plan and this phone fit what I needed. I like the full keyboard, but it also has some touch screen functions. You do not need a data package with this phone, that was an important selling point for me - didn't want to have to add additional cost to an already too high family package.

I probably would not buy this phone again
I purchased this phone because I really wanted the slide out keyboard. So far, it has been a good phone for it's bargain price. However, there are a few things that I do not like about it, such as; the very sensitive touch screen switches over while I am trying to text and this becomes annoying. I have also had some trouble getting the number screen to pull up when I need to place a call, and the touch screen has frozen a time or two. The later problem was quickly solved by taking the battery out and putting it right back in. If I had it to do over again; I would probably not buy this particular phone again. I made a hasty purchase because I was needing a quick replacement phone and now I am dealing with the consequences.

Reality's Rival, and it's purple!!
I bought this because it was purple! Turns out, it is a nice little phone. It's very easy to use. I had a blonde moment and couldn't find where to put the memory card in though ;)
The camera isn't the best, but if you have some good software on your computer, you can doctor it up.
I can go 3 days without charging this phone, as opposed to the "reality" of my last phone - which had to get charged pretty much every 24 hours...although, I do miss the touch screen option - this does let you use touch screen for some things.
