Great medium format film system
The Mamiya RZ series is an excellent medium format film camera system. There are several very sharp lenses, the 50mm/ULD & the 65mm LA. The 110 is a great all around lens too. The interchangeable backs allow you to switch fiml types easily & the mirror lockup feature helps keep things sharp. Taken care of it will provide many years as an excellent film image making tool. Make sure that you get a camera that has not abused. It is a complex mechanical device that works well if taken care of. The main drawback of this camera system is the weight, at 5+ pounds with a lens. It is definitely a tripod camera. If you are going to pack this kit for landscape outings, limit it to a two lens kit if you want to save your back

One of the best values for the money.
If you are looking at this you already know it has an excellent reputation. This camera was bought to meet my medium format needs. It is large but being used on a tripod, that does not matter much. Compared to other models in this genre, I would definitely recommend purchasing one of this ones cousins.

Heavy, best for studio work, but a GREAT camera. often a good value.
The RZ 67 is a beast. Its big, its heavy, it is best shot from a tripod. Its a great studio camera. The mirror slap is strong, so care needs to be taken to ensure the camera is securely mounted. I don't find it successful at hand held shots unless the shutter speeds are 250, even when braced against my body, using the standard hood and a tight camera strap around my neck. What you do get with the RZ family is a great set of fool-proof features that prevent you from wasting shots, the ease of a rotating back, the awesome 6x7 film size (plus digital backs available from Leaf) and the ability to focus close with ANY lens in their stable. The camera body is more robust in design than the Bronica, but I have found that the flash sync terminals on the lenses can be susceptible to the contacts on the body and lens being just a little dirty (oil or just surface films may be enough, you don't need visible dust). Its easy to clean them and fix the problem, but I don't have this problem with other medium format bodies. In older cameras, watch for worn bellows, as this is the weak point. The one motion crank winds the film too, so if you don't like the double winding needed for RB's (shutter and film separate) you'll like the RZ.Read full review

The product was well packed. The camera is great quality. Very satisfied!
The camera is simply fantastic! The medium format is a completely different style of shooting. I clicked the first three rolls and I'm very happy.
Buying on Ebay is always a cool experience for me. I recommend.
