REVIEW - HOLLYWOOD HULK HOGAN
He has been called "The Immortal." He has wrestled such legendary men like: Andre The Giant, Bob Backlund, Sting, Lex Luger, "Nature Boy" Ric Flair, The Honky Tonk Man, "Rowdy" Roddy Piper, Randy"Macho Man"Savage, and The Rock. His first WWE World Championship victory was on January 23, 1984 in New York City, New York at the historical Madison Square Garden. He is Hollywood Hulk Hogan.
In his autobiography Hollywood Hulk Hogan, the man known as Terry Bollea, started telling his story with the moments leading up to his match with The Rock at WWE WrestleMania X-8. Then readers learn how his parents met and that he had a younger brother, Allan who passed away later in life.
The only complaint that I can think that some reviewers will have on Hogan's book is that some chapters are one and two pages on occasions. To me, that doesn't matter. Hogan's book was laid out fine and it was easy to keep track of.
What I found interesting was the behind-the-scenes information he gave. For instance, back when wrestling WAS wrestling and not sports-entertainment, Hogan states that if a wrestler felt threatened by another wrestler, he would literally try to poke his eye out or break a bone.
Then learning that the seeds of Hulkamania actually were planted in Minnesota in the now-closed AWA. Of course, we all know the story now. Hogan came into the WWE and defeated The Iron Sheik and Hulkamania took off like a jet in the sky. Hogan goes indepth on what it was like when he needed to promote the different WrestleManias and other business deals while Vince McMahon, Jr. worked back in the business.
Hollywood Hulk Hogan is a must see for any sports-entertainment fan whether you're a fan of Hogan or a fan of the business, this is a fascinating read as you learn what happened behind-the-scenes in the WWE in the 1980s and how Hogan feels about God, Jesse Ventura, WWE, WCW, Dennis Rodman, The Rock, Owen Hart, Vince McMahon, and more.

Title fits because it is an autobiography.
I loved this book because this man has been my hero since 1981, and it was nice to get to know some personal things that happened in his life. I learned some things about him that I had not known before. It was nice to read something that was written in his own words so you know nobody is making this stuff up. This is one of the best books I have ever read, brother!
I bought this book because this man has been all around the world, seen and done a lot in his life, and I wanted to learn more about him and his life experiences. This is a man who is definitely passionate about everything he has done. He is proud of everything he has accomplished in his life, and he should be. He is the greatest sports entertainer of all time, bar none!!!!

Hollywood Hulk Hogan
This book is very informative and to the point. Hogan pulls no punches about the various entertainers he's worked with over the years and gives great insight to all the wrestling venues as well as the movies he's been a part of. The book is easy to read and is a must to all wrestling fans. jtfugate

Hollywood Hulk Hogan by Hulk Hogan
This book was sent to a young wrestling fan who happens to be disabled. He LOVES wrestling, and is a huge fan of Hulk Hogan. Even though he cannot read, this book had ample photographs of his hero, and he loves it! It was sent as an Easter gift to him.

Super great like a chocalate box that I ate slowly so I could taste the chocalate in my mouth, it gave me a great sensation not unlike sexual release.
