I originally saw it on TV and liked it so much that I had to have my own copy. This is a great show and proves that no matter what we do, our planet will survive.

A all to possible reality.
I happen to own this and as one who as been dealing with just this concept actually happening for 41 years plus now I found this interesting but not to the level of actual fact that I hoped I would see. Don't get me wrong, the program was well, well researched (there are a few nutty ideas) however they missed the point. The odds are that this could really happen. I had hoped for more of a wake up call film then this was. I would recommend everyone see this and think about what they see. We have far to many ways to make this true today and more will be coming and then one day........It was very good over all and is better if you watch it with the thought is that we will one day do this to ourselves.

An interesting documentary about a world without humans
First off I had never seen anything out there before that touch on this subject so when I came across the documentary I couldn't help but purchase it. The idea of what the world would be like tomorrow if the human race was completely wiped out. How long would it take the earth to reclaim herself? How long would it take for all traces of man to disappear? How would our now domesticated animals get along without us to support and take care of them? This documentary gives a very well thought out idea of how things would play out over the first several years after man was no longer walking our planet. They even use the city in the Ukraine that was abandoned after the Nuclear meltdown of a reactor in a power plant and the obvious signs of how quickly mother nature can repair and heal herself of the affects of mankind.Read full review

An Empty World
I saw only part of this series on TV and was so interested that I decided to buy the DVD and was happy to find it on eBay. The series is fascinating and the graphics depicting what happens to a city's infrastructure when there are no people to maintain are excellent. It sure doesn't take long for buildings, roads, bridges, power grids, and such to fall apart. Well done.
