Need a boost, read this book. On top of the world, read this book.
Huge Kenneth Blanchard fan...so I am bias. Just wanted to get that out in the open from the start. Gung Ho! has become one of my favorite, easy-read management books. The parable format suits my mind well and I can learn from his easy writing style. If you find yourself stagnant at workhome and start to get negative or only notice the down side of things....get and read this book. It will lift your spirits. Mr. Blanchard has a theme throughout his books....concentrate on the behaviours you desire and address and let go of the behavoirs you don't.

I am far from mastering this...but am trying hard and already see positive results from my fledging efforts.
