Eye Opening Video! Love it! Everyone should watch this. It's amazing how we go through life and not get concerned about what we eat. Thanks to the weight loss program I was on, I was referred to this video. I took it out from the library and after watching it I knew I had to buy it to keep so my friends could watch it.

Food Matters review
Speaking from the experience of 25 years as a Registered Nurse, this is a must see movie! In the words of an ancient Ayervedic proverb: “When diet is wrong, medicine is of no use. When diet is correct, medicine is of no need.”<br>Do yourself a favor and watch it...and tell others. Better yet, show them!

Although this DVD came out several years ago, I was not aware of it. A friend suggested it to me, and I am glad she did! It really is common sense, but I certainly needed a "common sense" reminder. I played it daily for the first month. I needed to reprogram my thinking since over the last few years I had begun eating "convenience" foods regularly. I am happy to say I am now "back on track". My current life doesn't allow me to follow the recommendations to the letter, but the adjustments I made have enabled me to lose a few pounds and have more energy. I do recommend it to others, especially if like myself they have no health insurance. We have to do what we can to preserve our own health!
