My daughters favorite movie-she's 5 yrs old! She saw it on tv about a year ago and has been asking for it ever sence. So it was a great Christmas gift for her this year.

Great all around family movie
This is a classic movie that I've enjoyed since I was a child. I actually purchased the DVD to set aside my 13 yr. olds, irrational fear of the "Ugly, Scary Alien" she'd never actually seen. Although we enjoyed it on our family movie night and she is no longer afraid of ET, my husband and I definitely enjoyed it much more than the 13 and 16 year olds. It wasn't realistic enough for them. However, that being said it is still an excellent heartwarming movie that I think most will really enjoy. On a side note, just a caution for the younger viewing audiences, there is more swearing than I remembered from originally viewing it. As a young teen, I didn't pay attention or care about things like that, but as a parent, it is always a concern.

I bought this movie because it reminds me of my childhood. I make it a point to have my son (now 8) watch movies that I watched when I was young, so far E.T. is his favorite of all those movies. It was an easy choice. Well taken care of and arrived right on time!

E.T is an Awesome Product. A Must Be See by All Generations!
Who doesn't love cute little aliens! In the 90's this was one of the most addicting movies out there! It has an awesome story line as is a must see for people of all generations. E.T was left on planet earth and needs to get home. But he befriends a boy who takes him in. The boy and his young sister (Drew Barrymore) in her debut film try to keep E.T safe from people who may want to exploit his powers including the U.S Government. This movie will keep you at the edge of your seat and jerk your tears, bust your side laughing and an overall night of full family fun. A must purchase
