This is a great dvd! What a super way to exercise. If you like to dance or like Dancing With the Stars--you owe it to yourself to get this dvd. It has the dance steps they do--the Pasa Doble, Samba, Cha Cha and a warm up and cool down. It gets you moving. You don't have to have a partner, either--you can do it with the dancers from the show.They are fairly easy to follow and enthusiastic about the dances.Maks is a great teacher but it takes a few times to get his steps because of the pace as well as the lighting and his black pants. You can do the dvd in entirity or choose your dances. It is a fun fast paced workout that you will feel after you are done! It is cool to learn the steps especially if you have an event--like a wedding reception--to go to where you dance. The steps will have you dancing like a star.Read full review

Fun workout with health benefits. Love it.
I purchased this DVD to loose weight and tone up, plus heart health.
It is a fun workout and I have always wanted to learn the line dance moves.
As a beginner I would like more a little more practice steps before getting right into the dance, because once the dance begins it is hard to keep up.
I love this type workout and I am very active. I would recommend this to others.

Dancing with the Stars
I purchsed a few weeks ago the Dancing With The Stars workout dvd. The price was good to start out with this type of workout. The only problem I had with the workout, they do not explain the steps before you do them. It will take me a while to catch on. But it does give you a good work out.

Great Workout Video
I like this DVD but you need to purchase the second one first. The second one is more for the beginner to this series. Once you have mastered or at least have the moves down in the second one, this one will be easier to follow. I like the swing dance because it is a challenge and really gets your heart rate up. The paso, samba and cha cha are also excellent workouts and are very easy. I would recommend this DVD if you like the series and like to learn how to dance!
