The Brits Are Bodacious !
So this set of gigs at The RAH in 2005 is one in a "Series" of farewells. I still have the LP of them in white satin tuxes. That aside, to me they've never sounded better. Clapton (although still not God as a sidewalk graffiti once proclaimed)trots out chops that are inspired. Ginger Baker wasn't my favorite drummer then. I met Gene Krupa at Jazz at the Phil & Blue Note gigs in Chicago & always appreciated his musicality as opposed to Buddy Rich's In Your Face machine gun. Ginger, to me, is a far more interesting drummer now. Still The Killer Toad, but with colors on his palette that feed life into the music. And Jack Bruce . . . for my money, simply the best bass play extant. Sings GREAT & blows the insides outta' his harp on Rollin' & Tumblin'.

Well edited & easy to navigate. Has 5.1 sound available as well. I rarely buy DVDs because of my short interest level, but I'm REAL happy I bought this set.Read full review

Very very pleased!!!
I feel very fortunate to have this! It is the last recording of this dynamic trio w/ their love/ hate for one another. Pleased is not a strong enough verb !!

Cream-Royal Albert Hall London
I sat slack-jawed for the entire DVD. Three truly gifted musicians, who combine to produce a unique sound and style. While they no longer look as they did nearly forty years ago(who the heck does!), they play as incomparably well. This DVD is a treasure and a trip to musical heaven.

Cream- Royal Albert Hall London (2005 DVD)
This is one of the best concerts I have watched. The picture and music quality was great. I would recommend this to any Cream fan. The guys are a little older but still have it together.
