FP 2008 performance
Bought this set of irons after using a demo set while out of town.
I have a 3 handicap and fairly high swing speed 108mph so I decided the stiff steel shafts were the solution for my random slice and hook shots.
These clubs have made such an improvement in my game, I should have bought them years ago.
Great grips, (cobra original) and high polished irons which unfortunately scuff up quickly.
Overall - recommended

great irons at a great price!
Bought these irons on the advice from a friend. They look good and feel well balanced. I will be using them as soon as winter leaves the N.E.

Easy to hit and very consistent.
I am very happy with the performance of these irons. I am hitting them higher and about 10 yards farther than my previous iron set. I had a set of X-22 tour irons with steel shafts and as I am aging and my swing speed is slowing down I felt I needed help. The FP's did the job.

Quality set of irons
The clubs hit very accurately and have a great feel. They have a slick design that look good in any bag.

Cobra FP 2008 Iron set
Got the set with regular graphite shafts.
Had the 2006 FP irons, and loved them, the clubs feel great when hit and are longer than any other set I have tried.
I am very pleased with the Cobra irons, I have rid a lot of other sets, trying to come across the perfect one, and this set comes closest to what I want.
The are forgiving and very workable
I have used numerous sets over the last couple of years, trying to see how they differ, Mizuno MX19, Cleveland CG gold, Titlest 755, Cobra SZ, Adams A2, Cleveland TA5, Callaway X20, Ping G10 and a few others that slip my mind.
I would rate this set above all the others, the Mizuno's were pretty close.
