Bones: Season 4
I immediately purchased Bones: Season 4 while I was halfway through watching Season 3, mainly because of the shortage of episodes and I could not wait to see what would happen next. My best friend got conned into watching the program with me and was upset that I had to kick her out of the room so that she could understand what was going on from Season 1. I liked Season 4 because it shed more light on the relationship between Zack and all whom surrounded him. Season 4 also brought in some new characters, who are...okay. I like the fact that their characters rotate throughout the season's stories because I find most of them as irritating as Dr. Brennan's character does.

Adult version of "Scooby-Doo"
If you liked "Scooby Doo" as a kid then you will enjoy "Bones". "Bones" is the adult version of "Scooby Doo." Just like "Scooby-Doo" the characters of Bones have distinct personality that add to the story line. To solve a mystery is the basic plot of both shows. Also comparable to the older show "Quincy." "Bones" has dark humor, and of course there is the romance weaved into the plot.
Seasons 1-5 has that sexual tension between the main two characters (like Fred and Daphne). Season six they both give in to love, and in season seven they have a baby together.

I love Bones
I'm a fan of Bones and this season is excellent. Most TV shows start to go downhill by the fourth season either through too many character replacements or repetitiveness of the episodes. Not Bones, out of the entire series I can count the number of episodes I don't like on one hand.
This is a great alternative to many of the main stream talked about crime TV series out there. This packs in realism, comedy, action, adventure, mystery, and psuedo-science all into one show with a cast that couldn't be more beautiful or enjoyable to watch week after week.
If you haven't seen any of these just buy season 1,2, & 3 you certainly won't be disappointed and it'll give you something to do while you wait for the DVD release of season 4. Also of note is that if you haven't seen season 1,2 or 3 you may be a little lost watching season 4 alone. The writers have done an excellent job maintaing continuity of the story line accross all the seasons so there will be many jokes, comments, and sub-plots that you simply won't understand without the past seasons. Highly recommended.
Season 4 doesn't live up to the first three seasons' standard. Although the storylines are good, Brennan is turning into yet another stereotype professional woman.Read full review

I'm a huge Bones fan so this DVD needed to be added to my collection. The only down fall is that it starts at episode five because the first four episodes were included in the Season 3 collection. So please note that if you don't have Season 3 you will be missing four episodes. Besides that the rest of the set is awesome, they have three extended episodes and great special features.
Would definitely recommend this to any Bones fan!

anyone who likes boothe and bones willl definitely enjoy this season. the first 2 episodes are on the previous years sets, but it is very easy to pick up and watch them all, it is a little hard to get use to not seeing zack in every show but they get good replacements.
