Glad it was tested
Other used ipod's that I have bought said they were in "good working condition" and were not properly tested and the one I just bought was tested and everything worked exactly like the description said it came with a fairly new cable that worked with no issue. The power lasted about 36 hours of playing music and has not died on me yet. The only down side it was engraved.

Apple iPod™ nano - 2G - Pink - 4 GB
Apple has totally revamped the iPod nano, and made the coolest mp3 player even better. With a brighter display, a thinner design, longer battery life, anodized aluminum case similar to the mini and 5 different colors, Apple has addressed the problems that plagued the 1st gen nano and increased battery capacity as well.
I love the feel of the 2nd generation iPod, and the aluminum case is sturdy enough to stand up to daily wear and tear, even in your pocket.

Small size, space for 1000 songs, long battery life!
I owned a 1st generation iPod Nano, and it was great! Stores 4 gigs, which is enough for about 1000 songs or so. Small, thin, and doesn't seem to be damaged easily. I kept it in a leather case - which caused the sensor (for circular scrolling) to be weaker and less sensitive. However, it still was able to sense. The backlight is bright enough for the outdoors. ---- Now this second generation (which I got as a gift) still has 4 gigs, but comes with a longer battery. The 24 hour batter (as compared to the older 14 hours) is a must-have if you plan to use it for more than a day w/o charging. It doesn't exactly last 24 hours, since doing anything such as choosing a new song, or changing the volume, will cut down the power a lot. The main power-consumer is the backlight (which is now 40% brighter.) You can, however, turn off the backlight by going to the settings; you can still see everything semi-clearly if there is a bright light source (indoors is sufficient) that can reflect off the back of the LCD.
Overall, great deal. For $200 at stores, or less on eBay, it is worth the money. Slim and small size, large capacity, long battery life.Read full review

Awesome iPod for the money.
I know that I'm kind of late to the party, but I decided it was time that I had an iPod, and a "starter" one would be a good idea to make sure I'd really use it.
The seller was uber generous by also sending a charger with it, even though that wasn't part of the listing.
I'm enjoying finding music to download and listening to the oldies from my era.
