Light, fast, and solid. Great laptop.
I've always been a fan of Apple for the past thirty years and the Mac Book Air just continues that tradition. It's light, solid state, and a breeze to use. It's so easy, I have almost no qualms letting my seventh grader use it for school. And she brings it EVERYWHERE. She loves it, and I love it too, especially when school starts and she'll need to use it for that.

I love traveling with this thing. Overall it was a great buy.
I needed a portable computer for work, so this MacBook fit the bill. I bought it refurbished, and it works like a charm. It's SO light, and the screen is just the right size for me. I wish the battery life were much longer; my machine's battery lasts about 3.5 hours before it needs another charge. Also, I wish it came with more memory. But it's nothing an external harddrive can't fix.

The Mac Air Experience made affordable
Im happy with this purchase. I was looking for an Ultrabook for a while, but the Win7 units are still too expensive at around $1,000 with SSD and lit KB. I looked at Mac Air new and base model would be $1070 including tax. This used one arrived looking and feeling like new, and I saved $370. The 1.4GHz speed instead of 2GHz is OK, and the 2MB RAM instead of 4MB is OK as well. I didnt get a lit KB but can resell this with minor losses and buy a nwere model later. Looked at mac also because I wanted to learn the Mac OS and why its so popular. For a Win user its alien but getting used to it pretty fast. Overall, for he $700 cost, I got a fantastic ultrabook, rock solid build and affordable.

Good value for someone who travels and needs a computer, not a tablet.
We have a Macbook Air, similar to the one I purchased for my daughter. She will be traveling this summer in Germany. The Macbook Air is light but still a computer. A Macbook Air is similar to a Microsoft Surface Pro, in that one can install software, but we are familiar with Mac laptops, not PCs. The Surface Pro is more of a tablet and the Macbook Air is not a tablet. We have never had a problem with the Macbook Air we purchased, new in 2011. This eBay purchase of a 2010 MacBook Air seems as goods as when it was news. No problems, and came from this seller with a 30 day warranty.
