It is good for kids but that's about how far I would take it

It's okay. Not the best... at all.
Basically... if you really want a tablet and really don't have the money to spend on a good one, this is the best in its class. Having said that, it's not that good. It is super slow, crashes often, has a terrible display, and requires an immediate root due to the fact that the ice cream sandwich runs like garbage. Overall, it is okay. I would say its worth 80-100 dollars, just as a little gadget. Definitely nothing serious, but who goes in with the intention of getting an awesome tablet when spending under or around 100 dollars. I would not recommend it, just because its worth saving the extra 75 dollars and getting a name-brand tablet with double the spec's, and the ability to download real apps, as opposed to those crappy no-name apps.

Don't waste your $
This tablet has some apps in Chinese. I was told that I could change that in settings. Some were able to be changed but not all. It had limited number of apps avalible for this tablet avalible from several sites. I decided to put it back to factory settings, which was a mistake. When completed all was in Chinese. Everything in settings and everywere else. If you know Chinese this would be great, however I don't.

Cheap, not that bad; search for details on the web
It's a cheap Chinese tablet, do not expect it to rival the iPad. ;-)
I flashed it with ICS 4.0.3 and have a lot of apps installed and working fine, I suggest you visit tabletrepublic dot com
I'd say it more for Android enthusiasts and people that want to mess with Android, but if you want a cheap email client, book reader, music & video player, game tablet this will work for you as well

works well when it works, but it's not particularly durable
I bought this tablet because I have been using iOS for several years and wanted to make the switch to Android, but didn't want to invest a great deal into the initial try out.
When it was working, it worked quite well. The WiFi sensitivity was pretty much crap, but other than that - it had good picture quality, videos didn't lag, apps were responsive.
Unfortunately, it thoroughly failed the drop test. Not that I had intended to drop it, I'm quite careful with my electronics, but accidents do happen. And a device that begins to come apart after a small 1-2 foot drop?
I continually had to pop the front back into casing; screen response got worse and worse until it failed altogether.
I did, however, enjoy the Android experience and got a Galaxy Tab later, so the device does get points for software (once you get over the annoyance of reconfiguring it to English if you can't read enough Chinese to get by). Hardware-wise, my unit just couldn't handle the inevitable small bumps and drops of daily use.Read full review
