Good but not great
It's a good phone for what I paid for it. The calls come in clear and from what I can tell, I've had no complaints about how I sound either. Phone calls haven't been dropped. One thing I don't like, and it's pretty annoying is that the touch screen doesn't register sometimes. It is bothersome, but once you blow on it or wipe it off it works pretty good. Just a good basic phone if you aren't looking for anything intricate. It doesn't take very long to figure it out.

good all around phone
I purchased 3 of these, one of each color for myself, husband and daughter. It is a good phone, takes amazing clear pictures, built in MP3 player, and the full keyboard makes texting easy. however the touch screen on it is over sensitive, so often hitting wrong button. Would recommend to a friend. I am used to an expensive blackberry phone, and this does everything it does for a fraction of the price.

UTStarcom GTX75 Quickfire
I purchased the UTStarcom GTX75 Quickfire phone about three weeks 1/2 weeks ago. The first phone I received that was supposed to be new was not working properly. The phone would not power off and kept powering on and off without turning it on or off. Also, the phone kept displaying insert battery when clearly the battery was inserted and when plug in it did not display that the battery was even charging. The phone I received was clearly defective as well as the battery and power cord not working properly. Also most three weeks later I was sent another phone and really did not like the key board which was a lot smaller than illustrated in the photo. Also the Alarm features will not allow you to set specific days with out selecting a combination of days all at once. Other phones I purchase will allow you to select one day or certain days of the week if you chose to.Read full review

Overall, for the $70 I paid for the phone, I believe it was worth the money. The keyboard was easy to use and the buttons were a bit larger and more responsive than most phones I've dealt with. It seemed to be built strong but it's extremely large compared to what i originally thought. The major problem I had with the phone was the touch screen's responsiveness. It was very inaccurate and often unresponsive in general. I simply bought the phone in order to hold me over until I could upgrade to a new phone so spending 70 dollars was worth the money, but I wouldn't buy this phone again.

Love my touchscreen slider phone.
Love my new touch screen slider phone. Works good so far but the test will be when I leave for Bermuda tommorow. I have bought an international sim for it and hope that my unlocked phone will work in another country. It works well here in the states. I did find that the signal reception is weaker than my old phone when I am on the lake as I have to twirl around to get some bars. touchscreen can be sensative which isnt such a bad thing when you are using it but sometimes a pain when putting it in my purse and it touches something however it can be locked to prevent this (just dont want to have to go through locking and unlocking it for use). At any rate I am satisfied with the purchase.
