Great story. Great acting. A nice film to watch as a family. I highly reccomend it to anyone who loves a clean storyline.

Used to have this on VHS and missed it so I bought the DVD for myself. It could beconsidered a "chick flick" but it's a really good movie. I would recommend.

The DVD worked fine and was in excellent condition.
This DVD tells a story about a war hero who, although disconnected in his personal life due to a hasty marriage with a woman of questionable character, finds a lady of character with a wonderful family. As the story unravels, the romance between this war hero and lady blossums. The story puts into perspective how romance and family are what's really important in life.

A true classic in every sense.
One of my husbands and mine favorite movies. Beautiful photography. A romantic love story set in old world values blending with the new and changing world. A movie you can watch over and over again and not grow tired of it. I have seen it seven times already.
