Got 3 boxes of HP 94 ink that were new in box with box in great sealed condition. Dates were stated to be expired but the dates were just from last year and still work great. I use lots of HP 94 ink and dates from up to 2 years ago have always worked great in my printer with no issues.

The product came in wrapped package like new, but I can only use it twice (2 times). First one when the machine was doing the alignment and the second one was when I printed the test page. After that, the display on printer showed the ink level was at the bottom. I've tried to reset the cartridge more than once, even cleaning it, but the problem is still the same. The black ink does not come out correctly. I cannot print or copy in black ink.

Most people by now have tried a refill or know someone who has. For the most part, they really have gotten a bad rap, and rightly so. The reason is, most people do not know how to refill or have tens of thousands of dollars in equipment to refill them. Truth is Staples, OfficeMax and OfficeDepot are offering some type of compatible or refill, which in most cases are the exact same thing. Today, you will find that the only two differences between refurbished and OEM new cartridges is that you will have helped the earth and you'll have more money in your wallet when you buy a refill. Just like any product, it all boils down to buying responsibly. Read their buyer feedback scores, warranty and return policy. I am a refiller and I have more than 3,500 positive feedbacks...and proudly 0 negative feedback scores trying to educate the world one recycled cartridge at a time. Thank you for taking the time to read my review.Read full review
I bought these cartridges because my printer is old enough I don't have a warranty on it and I can't afford factory cartridges. So looking to save a buck, I bought a color and a black cartridge. I was leary cuz I've bought cheap remanufactured cartridges before and they end up causing an error that shuts down my printer. I was thrilled with these at first cuz they seemed to work just fine (no error code). However, suddenly the color cartridge is printing in off colors. It's like there's no yellow ink in it and all the reds come out a purple pinkish color. There's no green or yellow at all. I am so disappointed cuz I thought I had finally found a source for ink that would allow me to actually afford to use my printer, but once again my plan has been foiled. I guess I'll have to start doing what everyone else does and just pitch the printer everytime the ink runs out and go buy a new printer. Heck, it's cheaper to buy a new printer than to buy replacement cartridges! And a lot less frustrating! I do have to say that so far the black cartridge is still working. So, as long as I only need to print in black and white, I guess I got what I paid for.Read full review
