This piece is masterfully designed and manufactured with a 3D image of Jesus and diamonds set throughout. The diamonds are set in a pave setting. They are set on the crown, the hair and two large solitaires for eyes. These diamonds are guaranteed to be genuine natural diamonds and last for an eternity as they are natural, not enhanced for color.
The actual diamond weight of the stones is 1.40 carats but the type of setting makes it look like a lot more (3.00 ctw).
