If still no response, most times it is because your email did not go thru successfully or you sent to the wrong email address. Return Policy

We offer 24-month replacement warranty for all batteries, and 36-month replacement warranty for all AC/DC power adapters.

Buyer must read item description carefully for compatibility, please feel free to contact us should you have any question or concerns before placing order.

Buyer must contact us first for any problem with the item received. We will either provide technical support or issue RMA authorization/instructions.

If product is tested defective, we will replace it with a new working item.

We will accept returns which were shipped as an incorrect item or DOA, BUT please contact us for RMA number first within 15 days upon receipt.

Buyer can't return the item if you change your mind or purchased the wrong item.

Buyer is responsible for any and all return expenses. Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.

Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, shipping & handling is not refundable.
