Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated based on total weight of the order, shipment method and carrier selected and destination zip code. Shipping should automatically be combined by eBay checkout. If your shipping amount does not look correct, please use the eBay message system to contact us and ask us to combine shipping or simply "request an invoice".

Order Processing
We only process orders that are paid in full. We process and ship orders Monday - Friday 8AM - 4PM Eastern Standard Time. Orders place after hours, weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You may checkout immediately after auction close by clicking on the checkout button below. To avoid potential processing delays, please checkout now and complete your purchase.

Changes To Orders
Before you place your order, please check that your shipping address information is correct in your ebay account and your paypal account (if you are paying using paypal). We process our orders quickly and most of the time cannot change the address information quickly enough before the item is shipped. We will not be responsible to pay the shipping costs when re-shipping an order because of an incorrect address supplied to us.

Payment
We accept and prefer PayPal. We also accept VISA, or Mastercard while using eBay checkout.

Returns
Please inspect your packages upon arrival. Although we double check all orders before shipment, transit problems occasionally occur. Please contact our Customer Service Department using the eBay message system to remedy any issues regarding your order. If you are returning merchandise please obtain a "Return Authorization Number" to assure accurate credit and exchange. We ask that all goods be in their original package, in resaleable/Brand New condition, and returned within 10 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued for all approved returns that meet our return policy. Shipping charges are not refundable. We only refund the product purchase price.
