This wedding gown is new and in great condition.  This is a store sample and has been tried on at least once.  As with many store amples the gown may have some minor blemishes such as dirt/dust at the hem and/or neckline, missing/loose beads or hooks, a minor fabric snag or pull.  Any major imerfection has been corrected or noted in our listing.  As a result we have described the condition to the best of our ability.  Due to the nature of Bridal Gowns and Formal Wear I do not give refunds, exchanges, credits or returns for any reason, including "color", "improper fit" or "wrong size".  These gowns are Salon Samples and kept in plastic bags to keep as clean and safe as possible from damage and are sold AS IS.  It is imperative that you get professional measurements done for the best fit.  Cleaning and alterations may be needed.

• NWT-As in most fine bridal salons, manufacturer's hang tags are usually removed from the store sample gowns because they are large, rough and attached in locations where gown damage can occur.  Hang tags cause snags in the fabric, get stuck in the zipper or cause other damages.  We all want our salon sample gowns to stay as perfect as possible for the future purchaser.  Labels and small store tags are intact on our gowns unless stated otherwise, some may or may not have the manufacturers tags.

  It is important to take accurate measurements. Please do not guess at your size and do not use your street clothes size for formal wear. Most formal wear runs small, usually one size smaller than your normal clothing size and sometimes more. After taking measurements match those to the measurements we have provided in the listing for the best fit. All of the measurements that we provide in our listings come from the designers' size charts or the dress has been hand measured. Do not assume if you tried on a certain size in a dress, for example a size 8, and it fits like a glove, that a size 8 works for all dresses, as designers differ on their sizing. The fact that your purchased dress does not fit you or may require alterations does not make our measurements wrong. We again emphasize the importance of taking accurate easurements and for a perfect fit alterations may be expected. No refunds allowed for sizing problems

Your gown will be shipped via USPS or UPS, our choice. Shipping in the USA only via parcel post (may take from 1 to 3 weeks to arrive) or by UPS (our choice), which includes insurance and delivery confirmation. We also have a priority option available for $20, this is recommended if your wear date is in less than a month. I make every effort to ship within 2-3 days of receiving payment, usually sooner.

Worldwide shipping by ebay calculated rates, insuarance or tracking number is not available. Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges

THE FIT OF YOUR GOWN IS IMPORTANT! Please check your meausrments to the guidelines above. Most gowns cannot be let out, but all can be takin in or hemmed. Most brides will need their gown custom fitted by an alterations person. Gown will need pressing before wearing.
