ZURG--We meet again-for the last time Buzz Lightyear! Zurg is the meanest, nastiest emperor in the universe. But he does like a good game of catch. This Chase 'N' Attack version of ZURG comes with a laser pack and removable cape. This action figure stands about 9 inches tall.
LOOSE ITEMS: We often sell loose items. We do this with multi-packs and with items that come to us in damaged packages, with the actual car unharmed. After the auction is over, we take the car out of the package, inspect it for defects, and then wrap it soundly in bubble wrap. We package the car in a bubble mailer envelope and ship it. We cannot accept responsibility for the items handling by USPS in transit. For that reason we 1) do not accept returns or exchanges on any loose cars sold. and 2) highly recommend the use of USPS insurance for all purchases of loose cars.
COMBINED SHIPPING: Shipping can be combined on all purchases made within 7 days of the first purchase. The buyer will pay the highest shipping price on their invoice and then $1 for each additional loose CAR or TOY STORY BUDDY and $2 for each additional packaged CAR or TOY STORY BUDDY. Do not pay until you are done shopping for the 7 day period. Once you pay for an item, we cannot combine it with any other purchases, so please await a combined shipping invoice from us. You have 7 days so take your time and browse our store and auctions, we usually have between 50 and 100 auctions each week, so there is plenty to choose from.
PAYMENT INFO: At this time we onlyaccept PAYPAL as a valid form of payment. If we do not receive payment within 7 days we will email you requesting payment. If we do not here from you within 24 hours of that email we are required to file a non-payment claim with Ebay and let them handle it from there. We feel as though 7 days is plenty of time to shop in our store, so after that period, payment is due immediately. We start this process all over each week so we cannot be dealing with items from previous weeks. If you don't like this policy please don't purchase your items from us.
FEEDBACK INFO: We want 100% positive feedback. That is our goal each month. That being said, we are well aware that issues may arise from time to time that will leave the buyer less than satisfied. In those cases we just ask that you contact us about any problems with your order before leaving detrimental feedback. Please give us the opportunity to fix said problem. Once the feedback is left, the transaction is considered closed and there's not much we can do, so please contact us first.We sell hundreds of TOYS each week, so we do not have the time to leave feedback for each item as it sells. About once a month we will go back and leave feedback for our customers. We will leave feedback for items once we have received feedback from our buyers. We want to make sure our buyers are satisfied before we close the transaction. Once again, if you do not like this policy, please purchase your CARS and TOY STORY toys elsewhere.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Our policy at this time is that we do not ship outside of the United States. That being said, if you are an international customer and our interested in some of our Buy It Now items, please email us and let us know what you are interested and we can give you a quote for shipping and handling costs.
