Domestic shipping is via USPS Prirority Mail (2-3 working days) with delivery confirmation. For any item that is over $249.99 I also include Signature Confirmation in the shipping charge. This is required for Paypal payments, so there will be no exceptions. USPS Express Shipping (overnight or 2nd day delivery) is also available per your request for an extra charge. Please e-mail me prior to paying if you desire the Express Shipping. I generally ship within 2 days of receiving a cleared payment. If you need me to ship sooner please e-mail me. I don't always notice that you may wish the Express shipping, so please E-MAIL me. I am away from home during the day, so if you wish for the item to be shipped quickly (the next day), please e-mail me the night before as I leave the house by 8 AM and do not return until the Post Office is closed for the day.
I generally ship in soft Priority or Express Envelopes, rather then boxes due to multiple requests by buyers as boxes do not generally fit in the mail boxes. I pack the items by wrapping them in the tissue paper.
You will receive an e-mail from PayPal confirming when your item is shipped and providing the tracking number. You can also get the tracking number by logging into your Paypal account and by clicking on the "Check Shipment" link next to the transaction. Another way to check the tracking number is by logging into your Ebay account and checking the "Order Details" paig next to the item that you purchased. Please e-mail me if you are unable to see the tracking number in your Paypal or Ebay accounts and I will gladly provide it to you.
Please make sure that your address is listed correctly in both places: EBAY and PAYPAL! I can't be held responsible if the item is shipped to the address that is listed in your Ebay or PayPal accounts, but you notified me AFTER the item was shipped that the address listed was incorrect!
In some areas mailmen choose not to leave packages in the mailbox, if no one is home, so please make sure that if you are not at home when the package arrives (usually a mailman will leave you a note), you pick it up at the PO. I will have to charge extra shipping for any item that is unclaimed and is returned to me by the PO, in order for me to reship it to you.
International Shipping is either via USPS Priority Mail (6-10 working days) or USPS Express Mail (3-5 working days). USPS Express Mail includes insurance and can be tracked on line. Priority Mail CANNOT be tracked on line and does not include insurance!
International Bidders, please note: Buyers are responsible for all taxes, VAT, import fees, and other fees imposed by your government. Please contact your local post office or customs office to find out more about what fees you may incur. Please be advised: ANY package may be pulled for inspection by customs. Generally custom fees are charged based on the value of the item(s) listed on the custom forms. I will not lower the value on the custom forms due to insurance reasons. Post Office will only let me insure the item for the value listed.
I have noticed that in certain countries, Postal Service Employees do not always leave a note when they try to deliver the package, therefore please make sure that you start tracking the package on line a few days after it ships. You can track your package on www.usps.com
I will combine domestic and international shipping, if you pay for your items at the same time (within 7 days of winning the first item). Shipping for Each additional item is $2.
All of the items that I sell are purchased personally by me from the reputable department stores and their outlets, so there is never a question about Authenticity. All of my items are AUTHENTIC. I will never sell something if I am unsure of its Authenticity.
Some of my items are either a store or catalog returns and/or have been lightly handled by the store during the course of the daily retail business (tried on by the customers, moved and shifted through the store racks, etc.). I try to describe any imperfections as accurately as possible, however I am only human and can make a mistake.
All sales are FINAL unless an item was clearly misrepresented in an auction. Please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item with any issues. If I clearly made a mistake in a description, I will accept an item the return as long as it is shipped back to me in the condition it was received and within 7 days. After receiving the item and verifying my seller's mark, I will contact ou about a refund.

Please read the description and all the measurements carefully and compare them to the measurements of the similar garment that fits you well. Returns will not be given for fit issues, because if either the size or the measurements of the garment are not given in the description, I will gladly provide the measurements via e-mail if asked. Since monitors vary , returns will not be given for color issues.
