We do not ship outside the United States. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Guam.

Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes unless the shipping service shown is USPS First Class, USPS Flat Rate, or USPS Priority Mail (NO exceptions!). Under certain circumstances, we may be able to ship to APO/FPO addresses. If you need a product shipped to such a location, you will first need to send us an email to verify that the item(s) you wish to order can be shipped to your APO/FPO address.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number required for all returns. Products received back without an RMA # or without all original materials will not be accepted. There is a 25% restocking fee on all non-defective returns and you pay return shipping. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable. This includes the ACTUAL shipping cost we paid to ship the item to you even if you return a purchase that had a free shipping or shipping-included offer.

Items initially defective (or damaged in shipping) within 14 days of invoice are eligible for replacement of same item. If none available we will refund purchase price minus shipping cost. You are responsible for return shipping charges (including insurance), and we pay for the shipping of the replacement.

All returns must include the original box / product packaging with all contents, manuals, & accessories. When shipping a return you must send item via a carrier that provides a tracking # or proof of delivery & insurance at your own expense.

For purchases made from November 20th - December 24th, returns are extended to 14 days after Christmas.

Remember - If you return a purchase that had a free shipping or shipping-included offer, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund or credit.
