Q: When will I have to take the tour? A: Tours are scheduled when you check in at the resort. They are almost always the day after check in.
Q: How do I get my tickets? A: You get the tickets as soon as the tour is complete.
Q: Do I have to buy anything? A: No. You are only obligated to complete the tour 90-120 minutes.
Q: Can I bring my children on the tour? A: Yes. However, you may also let them play in the supervised gameroom area.

THESE ARE RESORT PROMOTIONS and all we ask is for you to take a short and informative 90 minute tour of the hosting resort while you are there. You are under NO obligation to purchase anything and the rest of your time belongs to you! The market value of this package is well over $900!
TO QUALIFY: You must be between the ages of 25 & 68 years old, be a married or cohabitating couple that earns a minimum combined income of 50,000 per year, and carry a major credit (no debit cards accepted). Sorry, no singles. Couples (married or cohabiting) must be traveling together and must attend the resort tour together. This travel package is not valid for groups. A group is defined as more than one family or friends, traveling on separate carsontravel promotional packages to the same destination on the same travel dates. Both parties of the couple must be fluent in English or Spanish. If you have any questions, please contact us before bidding. All photos used are true representations of resort areas and/or accommodations. Must not have toured Silverlake Resort in the last 18 months.

This Travel Package auction must be paid for within 3 days after auction close and must be used within the dates specified on the auction offering.You will receive your Guest Travel Confirmation containing our fast reservations and or payment information within 24 hours of your winning bid via e-mail so be SURE your address is correct so we can contact you! You are responsible for room taxes which are approximately $10 per night (not per person) depending on the season and all items of a personal nature. NO PETS

Our Policies
Reservations
Reservations requests may be made immediately after auction purchase. Reservation information is contained in your Certificate of Travel, or for information on making immediate reservations, please call 1-423-245-8200. Reservation requests may be submitted via our online reservation form. Please allow 3 full business days for processing. Once your confirmation number is received, your confirmation letter including directions and information will be sent to the email address listed on your reservation form. Reservations are not confirmed until you have received your confirmation letter by email. A valid credit card may be required on file with our office for this package.
Tours
We do not schedule tour times or set qualifications. The tours are normally conducted the morning after arrival and you are committed to 90 minutes. We cannot change the terms and conditions of this vacation package offer. Married and cohabiting couples MUST attend the property tour together and have matching photo ID's with identical address.
Reschedule/Cancellation
Reschedules and cancellations must be submitted at least 3 full business days prior to arrival date and need to be submitted in writing.
Refunds
If by chance we cannot fulfill your date, and you've called in advance to check on dates, we will be happy to offer a refund or extend the use of the package one year. If you so choose, you may apply whatever the purchase price towards a different location (not within the same company). If you have purchased in error or if you made a non-qualifying purchase, you may not be entitled to a refund. If a refund is granted beyond or stated policy, you will be responsible for paying all listing fees.
