Blue Heron Beach Resort, a condominium-style, all-suite hotel, just one mile from the entrance to the Walt Disney World Resort. Located just off Interstate 4 at exit 68 on State Road 535-Apopka Vineland Road. The resort is three miles from SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, and the Aquatica water park. Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, the home of Harry Potter, are eight miles away. Visitors can shop till you drop at The Premium Outlet Mall, just one mile away. Eight championship golf courses are also nearby. All of Central Florida's tourist attractions are close by as well as a variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues.
Our Two-Bedroom deluxe suites sleep a maximum of 8 guests with at least 1261 sq ft. These units have an additional front balcony in the master bedroom. Every unit offers a full kitchen, dining room, living room with a queen sized sofa sleeper, bunk beds uniquely located in the foyer, a second full bath, washer and dryer, a second bedroom with an additional two single beds and a balcony that overlooks Lake Bryan.

THESE ARE RESORT PROMOTIONS and all we ask is a minimum of two hours to preview our resortwhile you are there. You are under NO obligation to purchase anything and the rest of your time belongs to you! The market value of this package is well over $450!
TO QUALIFY: You must be between 25 - 68 years old, be married or cohabitating you must attend the tour together, be fluent English or Spanish speaking, at least one of you must be full time employed (No Students) with an annual income of at least $50,000 per year (combined), carry a major credit card (debit & check cards not accepted), and not filed banckrupsy in the past 3 years. If cohabitating you and your partner will have to have photo IDs with matching addressess . You are not eligible for this promotion if you have toured Blue Heron Resort or with Festiva Adventure Club within the last 13 months (max 3 times total), or owner of Festiva property. This travel package is not valid for groups. A group is defined as more than one family or friends, traveling on separate All Good Vacations promotional packages to the same destination on the same travel dates. If you have any questions, please contact us before bidding. All photos used are true representations of resort areas and/or accommodations. This vacation package requires a credit card be placed on file with our office by phone regardless of how you pay. If you fail to tour or fail to reschedule within three (3) full business days of your arrival date, your card will be charged accordingly. You are responsible for room taxes plus resort fee of $12.25 which are paid directly to the resort. A $100 refundable secruity deposit due at check in.

Please be flexible in your travel dates as holidays fill up quickly. This Travel Package auction must be paid for within 3 days after auction close and must be used within the dates specified on the auction offering. Exceptions can be made and your travel dates can be extended. If you have not received your travel confirmation from us within that time, please email us at You are responsible for paying parking costs (valet or garage) and paying room taxes to the hotel upon arrival. NO PETS
Our Policies
Reservations
Reservations requests may be made immediately after auction purchase. Reservation information is contained in your Certificate of Travel, or for information on making immediate reservations, please call (423) 245-8200. Reservation requests may be submitted via our online reservation form. Please allow 5 full business days processing time for all reservation requests. Once your confirmation number is received, your confirmation letter including directions and information will be sent to the email address listed on your reservation form. Reservations are not confirmed until you have received your confirmation letter by email. A valid credit card may be required on file with our office for this package.
Tours
We do not schedule tour times or set qualifications. The tours are normally conducted the morning after arrival and you are committed to 120 minutes. We cannot change the terms and conditions of this vacation package offer. Married and cohabiting couples MUST attend the property tour together and have ID's with identical address.
Reschedule/Cancellation
Reschedules and cancellations must be submitted at least three (3) full business days prior to arrival date and need to be submitted in writing. There is a $10 reschedule fee.
Refunds
If by chance we cannot fulfill your date, and you've called in advance to check on dates, we will be happy to offer a refund or extend the use of the package one year. If you so choose, you may apply whatever the purchase price towards a different location (not within the same company). If you have purchased in error or if you made a non-qualifying purchase, you may not be entitled to a refund. If a refund is granted beyond or stated policy, you will be responsible for paying all listing fees.
