* Due to the colors may be different between monitors and the size of our models are not fixed. So please check the measurement by ourselves clearly before bids, you can also asked for the actual colors of the items if you are really confuse with it.

* Most of the items are one size only, so please check the measurement and please don't ask for other sizes, if it has other sizes it will be also listed in our auctions with the same title.

Shipping & Payment Policy

We only accept payment via Paypal. No Paypal no Bids.

Postage count separately for each item, combine shipping discount for USD items, you can save  US2 for additional item . (It means if the postage for two items are USD15.99,  then the postage will be $15.99 + $13.99)

For France, Italy, Spain, South America, Ukraine, Chile, Peru, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Czech, Belgium, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Philippines & Brazil, buyers are highly suggest to pay extra US2.00/GBP1.4 for registered mail upgrade to prevent parcel lost. It's safe for both of us.   After you paid for the upgrade, we will responsible for any item lost.

S&H cost is including Paypal fee, eBay fee, shipping fee, transportation fee, packaging fee... etc. So please don't bargain on the S&H fee, fee is stated clearly in descriptions, please ask before you place bids if you do not understand the terms.

All items are shipping from Hong Kong within 3 days when payment received, it usually takes 7 - 21 days for international delivery. Delay may happens if there are long holidays in both of our countries.

Terms of Sale & Return Policy

All items are never worn and with well packaged, and bagged.

Since you place bids on our items, you are entering a legal contract, if you fail to complete the payment in 7 days after you won, we will force to open non paying dispute on eBay and buyer will received strikes.

For all defective items, buyer need to send pictures to proof the damages parts, after that we will offer replacement within 20 days since you contact us.

If buyer do not satisfy with purchase or request full refund, buyer need to contact us within 3 days after you received the items. Please return in  full packages, bags and tags. We will offer full refund of the payment that you made via Paypal once received your return parcel. Please understand that we will not responsible for the return postage fee.

Returns will only be accepted when it's in its original condition.

Feedbacks

Feedback is most important thing for us to improve our services, but negative feedback is not a good way to solve the problems. Please contact us if you feel dis-satisfy with purchases instead of leaving negative or neutral feedbacks, we will solve the problem with you until you feel satisfy and happy with the purchases.

Our system will auto leave positive feedbacks to buyer when received positive feedbacks.
