We accept the following forms of payment.

This is the only form of payment we accept, please do not ask for special circumstances.  

You will receive a checkout email from us after your item has ended with checkout instructions.

You do not have to request an invoice from us eBay correctly sends you one as soon as you purchase the item.

You may also continue purchasing additional items from our auctions or eBay store. You have 5 days from the end of the first purchase to add additional items to your order. Make sure all of your auctions have ended prior to checking out and paying. All of your purchases will be consolidated into one invoice!

Please keep in mind that if you have not submitted payment within 5 days we will start the non payment process. To keep this from happening please do not purchase until you are ready to pay.


Shipping:

We only ship to the lower 48 states. We do not ship to Alaska,Hawaii,Canada,Mexico or any other countries. We ship all items by U.P.S Ground, U.S.P.S., Fed-Ex or Spee-Dee.We reserve the right to choose any of these carriers that we feel best fits your physical address. We cannot ship to P.O.Boxes APO's etc therefore we will need a physical street address.We only ship standard ground so please do not ask for overnight services. We will only ship to a confirmed Paypal address. If your address is not confirmed please do not purchase the item until you take the necessary steps through Paypal to confirm it.


Tracking:

We will upload the tracking information onto eBay and they will send you a email with the update. If you would like to track your package please log into your "My eBay" and click on the view order details, from there you will see all the info you need.


No Hassle Returns:

We are happy to accept returns up to 7 days from your delivery date. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund. The purchased item must be returned in its’ original new unused condition. If an item is returned in a used or blemished condition it will not be refunded. To keep this from happening please carefully read the item description and contact us with any questions before purchasing.

We regret that at times we make a mistake in sending an incorrect item. In the event that we have made a mistake, please notify us and we will promptly take the steps to remedy the problem. We will cover the return shipping if an error was made on "our" part. We would ask that you contact us before opening a dispute with Ebay or Paypal. 

Defective or Damaged Item:

From time to time we do have defective or damaged items sent out whether it is our fault,the manufacturers or the shipping company. If you do receive a damaged or defective rack please contact us right away. We will take the appropriate steps and send out a replacement free of charge right away. In the case this does happen please place the item back in the original shipping box and we will have the carrier come back and pick it up. Again please do not open a dispute, we will take care of it immediately!

If you have any questions regarding your order please feel free to contact us. All questions will be responded to within 24 hours. While we do try to work hard through the weekends, we too like to get away for the occasional family activity, baseball game, powder run or pull on the lake. So in some cases emails received through the weekend may not be answered until the following Monday.

FAQ:

I bid the incorrect amount or bid on the wrong item before the auction ended.  What do I do?

If you bid an incorrect amount or on the wrong item you can retract your bid through Ebay.  The buyer is the only person that can retract an Ebay bid.   

Do I have to pay sales tax?

We are required to collect Wisconsin State sales tax of 5.5% on orders shipped within the state of Wisconsin. Orders shipped outside the state of Wisconsin are not charged sales tax. 

Do you offer local pick up? 

No, we do not offer pick up all items must be shipped.

How long do I have to pay for an item? 

Once you purchase an item or win an auction, the checkout will stay open for 5 days.

I received an email that said I have an address discrepancy.  What does it mean and what do I do to resolve it? 

When you pay with Paypal, they require that we ship ONLY to the address that they provide to us on the invoice.  In the checkout, you can add other addresses, but unfortunately, we can only ship to the address Paypal provides to us.  If the addresses do not match, we will send you an email to alert you of the address discrepancy.  If you give us approval to ship to the Paypal address, the order will be processed and shipped.  If you do not approve the specified Paypal address,  your payment will be refunded and we will email you instructions on how to correct the problem. Once the correction has been made, you can repay and we will process the order.

Do you ship Internationally? 

No, only the lower 48 states.

Do you ship to Canada? 

No, only the lower 48 states.

Can I have my item shipped to a different address? 

Payments made through Paypal will be shipped to the address that Paypal provides to us on the invoice.  If you need an item shipped to a different address, please add the address to your Paypal account prior to payment.  This is done through your Paypal account.  Please make sure you choose the desired address in your Paypal account so that it matches the address you provide to us in the checkout. Failure to do so will result in your transaction being canceled or delayed. 

How long will it take to process my return?

Returns are processed within 7 days.  Refunds will be credited to the account that the original payment was made from.  We will email you with confirmation that the refund has been made.  Please allow up to one billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement. 

I have decided against the item I purchase or won at auction.  What do I have to do to cancel the transaction?

If you have decided against your purchase, notify us as soon as possible.  We can cancel the transaction mutually for you.  eBay will send you a confirmation email that you will need to respond to in order to complete the cancellation.

My credit card was declined.  Why was it not accepted?

Paypal processes our credit card orders and verifies the information submitted.  If the billing and shipping address differs, or if funds on the credit card are not available, the order will be declined.  If your credit card is declined, you can contact Paypal customer service.
