*e-Express is the shipping service provided by eBay, Hongkong Post and USPS exclusively for eBay Hong Kong sellers with a much faster, more secure and full tracked service. The package will arrive in USA on the next business day and be delivered by USPS First-Class Mail locally. The delivery time is much shorter than shipping from Hong Kong directly to US addresses.

Policy

1.          According to the e-Express policy of weight restriction, the package over 2kg is not allowed to ship. In case of combined order with the gross weight over 2kg, we will ship the items separately.

2.          We offer 10% combined shipping discount for each additional item, please refer to the above table for charges.

3.          The item with the highest S&H charge will always be the first one to calculate for combined shipment.

4.          For orders outside USA, registered mail is optional with $2.00 extra but highly recommended, and is requested if the order is over $30.00 including S&H charge.

5.          The tracking number will be provided through My eBay system once the e-Express or registered package is shipped.

6.          The buyer should estimate the delivery time based on the information listed in the above table, but not the unrealistic expectation provided by eBay.

7.          Shipping upgrade will also be offered at request, please confirm with us before bidding/purchasing.

8.          We will not be responsible for any delay during delivery including but not limited to customs postage checking, strike, force majeure etc.

9.          Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Policy

1.          The invoice will be sent to the buyer within 12 hours of purchase.

2.          The payment must be received within 5 days of purchase.

3.          To be eligible for combined shipping discount, the buyer must make a one-time payment for multi-items purchased within 7 days.

Terms & Conditions

Return Policy

1.          Every item will be carefully inspected before shipment. On very rare occasions, if the buyer receives the defective item or wrong item shipped, please must return it within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund less shipping & handling.

2.          All S&H charges are non-refundable under any circumstance. Even if the return item is offered with Free Shipping, the actual S&H charge will still be deducted from the refund.

3.          The buyer must contact us with the user ID, item number and reason for the return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the item.

4.          The buyer must clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the return package, otherwise the return will be delayed in processing. Items returned without the RMA number will be ignored.

5.          All return items must be in their original and new condition with all accessories, original packaging, and packing materials.

6.          All return packages must be well packed and shipped with a tracking number. The buyer is responsible for lost or damaged items during the return process.

7.          It is the buyer's responsibility to pay all the costs related to return shipping, and we will take care of the re-send shipping cost.

8.          The replacement or refund will be issued within 5-10 business days after we receive the return item or the item photos showing the problem indicated via email, whichever is determined by us.

9.          Posting negative or neutral feedback before giving us an opportunity to resolve the problem may result in void of return policy.

10.      Returns made for any reason other than the above are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

11.      Any returns that do not comply with the above policies will not be accepted.

1.          Please give us the opportunity to resolve any problems before leaving negative or neutral feedback, or less than 5-star DSR. 2.          The product is rarely out of stock after the purchase is made. If it occurs unexpectedly, we will cancel the transaction immediately for unpaid items.
