Our preferred method of payment is bank check (cashiers check,
etc.). We also accept payment by Paypal .
The entire transaction will be completed by using e-mail and
postal service. Local pick up is
not available.
Your cost for the purchase of this timeshare will be the
winning bid, and the prep/tax/recording cost of $298.00 which
will include the resorts transfer fee. I have no hidden costs and do not charge
closing costs that at some places exceed $500.00.
