What is the condition of this Item? This Item is 100% Brand New.
How much is Shipping? S&H rates are quoted in each and every auction. All rates quoted are for lower U.S. 48 states only. Higher value and heavy items must be shipped with UPS. Please provide physical street address only. All addresses must be mentioned in Paypal checkout. We ship using our shipper and our account # only. We will not use customers UPS or Fedex account # for shipping. We use UPS & USPS. Standard shipping is usually USPS first class mail or USPS parcel post. Delivery time can vary anywhere from 2-7 business days for UPS shipments & 2-25 business days or longer in rare cases for USPS shipments as we have no control over them once the item leaves our warehouse. Please pick UPS shipping during checkout if you rather not wait for USPS delivery.
AK, HI, PR, VI, GUAM Residents: Shipping prices are quoted as USPS Priority mail. We use USPS Priority mail only. At the time of checkout, please pick USPS priority. If you pick any other option, there will be a delay in your shipment or your item may not ship until payment is received in full or we may at our discretion ship it via USPS parcel post service which will take 8-10 weeks for delivery.

APO & FPO Addresses: This particular item can be shipped to APO and FPO Addresses. Please look at the shipping details below at the bottom of this page. Shipping prices are quoted as USPS Priority mail. At the time of checkout, Please pick USPS priority. If you pick any other option, there will be a delay in your shipment or your item may not ship until payment is received in full or we may at our discretion ship it via USPS parcel post service which will take 8-12 weeks for delivery.
International shipping: International customers are responsible for their country's customs & duty fees. It is not included in S&H. We will not write GIFT or lower value on customs forms, so please do not ask. If you do not see your country listed, please contact us before bidding. Shipping prices are quoted as Expedited International Flat Rate Shipping which means same shipping for everyone. If we did not quote international shipping below for this item, that means we do not ship this item internationally. Please provide your phone # in paypal checkout or via e-mail for delivery purposes. 99% of Canada shipments are shipped via UPS & 1% which is very rare ships via USPS. Customs & duty fees has nothing to do with us and is not included in S&H. We STRONGLY suggest all international customers to e-mail us before purchasing any electronic items from us as they may not work in your country. It is your responsibility to find out if a particular item will work in your country or not.
Combined shipping: We do not combine S&H charges on any auctions. We may ship your items in one box at our discretion.
When & how will it be shipped? We try our best to ship all products within 24-48 hours after the payment has been received. There may be a possibility that the item you are ordering is currently in huge demand and therefore may be out of stock (EXTREMELY RARE) in which case, we will ship it as soon as it is available (Max 7 days). In RARE cases if we are unable to ship your item for any reason, full payment will be refunded. Your item may also be drop shipped from another state so you may get it faster. We do not make any guarantees that your Item will be shipped within 24-48 hours but 99.9% of the items do ship out within 24-48 hours (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS). USPS does not provide any tracking information at all, therefore no tracking info can be provided for USPS shipments. We do not ship on weekends & holidays. In certain auctions, we guarantee to ship your item within 24 hours of payment received. Such auctions will have a special note. Guarantee to ship within 24 hours of payment received does not mean that your item will be delivered within 24 hours. We are a mail order and internet retailer therefore we do not always require nice retail gifts boxes from our vendors. We ship items in brown re-mailers, envelopes, boxes all the time. You may not receive retail boxes for gift purposes. Sometimes, we also ship items in retail boxes with the shipping label attached right on the retail box which may not be appripriate for gift.
Shipping Address: Please make sure that you provide us correct shipping address. Please do not forget to add any apt #'s or floor #'s if any. Address cannot be changed once item has been shipped. If your item comes back to us undeliverable due to wrong address or apt # or buyer refused delivery, item will be re-shipped at nominal shipping charges or payment will be refunded at our discretion less any shipping & handling charges. It is your responsibility to provide us correct address. If your order has free shipping, there will be up to 40% restocking fees in case you want refund.
Methods of payment Accepted: We accept all payments thru Paypal.
Feedback: Your feedback is GUARANTEED to be left automatically (ALMOST INSTANTLY) once it has been posted for us. We DO NOT leave feedback for buyers who don't leave feedback for us because of the large volume of transactions. If there is a problem with your order kindly contact us before leaving a neutral or negative feedback so we may resolve the isue. Often, negative feedback is the result of mis-understanding or mis-communication which can be resolved with one phone call or e-mail. Please contact us first.
Tracking #'s are available 7 business days after the auctions is closed, for UPS shipments only. Hopefully, you will receive your merchandise within that time frame. USPS shipments are shipped with delivery confirmation only. Tracking will be e-mailed once the item has been shipped. Please note: Ceratin packages may not have tracking services.
Communication: We usually reply to all e-mail's within 24-48 hours or less. If you do not hear a response back from us within that time frame, there may be a possibility that your e-mail Address is not up to date with ebay & or your spam filters are blocking it. (Especially AOL, YAHOO and EARTHLINK users.) If you cannot contact us via e-mail for any reason, Please contact ebay to get our phone #. Please keep in mind that we are not online 24/7.
Local pick up: Local pick up may be arranged by e-mailing us. Please note that, handling fees may still be applied. Please contact us.
Return policy: Because we sell everything at really deep discounts and work on very low profit margins, all sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been placed. We do not manufacture any of the items we sell. We are simply a retailer. It is up to the bidder to determine the suitability of any product to meet their needs and to independently verify any critical information in the items description. If you have questions, please e-mail us before bidding. If you receive a defective product, please understand that we did not manufacture it, BUT we will gladly exchange it for you. Damage must be reported within 2 days of item of delivery. We will then send new parts for that item at our discretion or exchange it. Buyer must pay return shipping charges under ALL circumstances, Even if the item is defective. We will pay for shipping it back to the buyer. All returns must include RETURN AUTHORIZATION # from us. Please e-mail us to obtain return authorization #. We do not provide any refunds at all. In extremely rare case, if we do decide to provide refund, there will be 30% restocking fees. Please do not bid if you do not Agree. We rather not make a sale than having problems later on. Some items are sold AS IS in which case we will clearly state it in item’s description. In certain auctions we offer free shipping, such auctions will have a 40% restocking fees to cover the cost of S&H and other fees regardless of the reason of return.
