We accept Paypal or Propay for payments.
We use the post office for most of our shipping but also offer UPS or Fed-Ex. We ship daily Monday - Friday within 24 hours of payment. Most packages that are paid by 9am ship the same day. We use delivery confirmation on every package which shows the package was delivered. It isn't a tracking number but most of the time it has that feature if the barcode was scanned along the way. International customers can choose from first class mail up to 4 pounds and Priority mail for all other shipping. There is a barcode electronically attached to the label for customs. It is not a tracking number because it is not available internationally.
We have a no return policy. If you receive the item damaged then of course we will come to an resolution that is satisfactory to both of us. Items are insured and we have to have documentation of any damage from you including letters and pictures before we can reimburse you for the item. We need this to file a claim with the insurance company for reimbursement. We list hundreds of items per month and try to be honest about the condition of the item, flaws and working condition. If we missed something huge or the item doesn't work when received just email us and we will resolve the situation.
We find these treasures of old and new from estate sales, flea markets, yard sales, auctions and wholesale liquidation companies.
Ebay only allows communication between us through their message system to prevent sellers from selling outside of Ebay. We respond within 24 hours Monday thru friday and most of the time within 24 hours during the weekends.
