Shipping Terms


We will usually ship within 4-business days after payment is received.  Please allow 14 to 30 business days for your order to be delivered to your doorstep depending on your location. After shipment tracking information will be provided through eBay and PayPal.

All of our items are FREE GROUND SHIPPING to delivery addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.  Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.  We also do not ship internationally. Delivery drivers may not enter your home so please be prepared to move large items by having help available at the time of delivery.  Small parcel items will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Large items will be shipped via curbside delivery with common freight carriers. Large items will be crated and on pallets to ensure protection of your order during transit.

TIME OF DELIVERY You are 100% fully insured for damages and shortages. It is normal for the packaging to show some wear and tear during shipping transit so please be sure to open the boxes and check that there are no damages. When your item is received, you must inspect it for damages or shortages before the driver leaves. DO NOT sign the freight bill until you have checked your items. If there are any VISIBLE damages or shortages, REFUSE and it must be written on the freight bill "PACKAGE DAMAGED" and then signed by you and the truck driver. If the boxes look in good shape, you can sign and clear the delivery receipt. If you open the box at home and see something damaged upon opening, please notify us right away so we can file a claim. All damages and shortages are to be reported to us no later than 3 Days after received, otherwise, the insurance is null and void. Please notify us if you have refused an item so we can except the returned shipment and send you a replacement.  In any case, please don't panic and contact us, we will find the best solution to satisfy our buyers.

Buyer must pay for return shipping.  To set up a return, please contact us via email and we will provide you with return instructions. You must repack everything into its original boxes and in brand new, unused condition for return shipping. Return shipping charges are buyers responsibility.
