Local pickup is available for people in the greater Seattle area.  Please contact us at (425) 820-2174 to schedule a pickup.  Pickup hours are 9am-5pm PST, Monday-Friday.  Washington State sales tax will be added to your total during checkout.

We can assist with the loading of the item, but please bring an appropriately sized car or truck to fit the item.  Buyer will be responsible for keeping the item safe during transit

Warranty for US buyers:

This item has 90 days of warranty through us for repair or replacement, in the  event of a functionality issue that cannot be repaired or is not covered through  the manufacturer warranty in the USA.  Shipping expenses will be covered through the warranty, and the replacement item  or refund will only be sent once we receive tracking confirmation that the item  has been shipped by the buyer.  International shipping expenses are not covered  through the warranty.

If you decide this item isn't for you within the first 14 Days (beginning on the date of reception) and the item is functioning properly as described in the auction, you may return for a refund.  A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied.

Question: Is this item new, used, or refurbished?
Answer: This item is Manufacturer Refurbished.  It was purchased new and then returned for whatever reason, at which point it was tested, cleaned, and refurbished back to factory standards by the manufacturer.  It will show slight signs of use, possibly hairline scratches or scuffs.  It will have no functionality issues.  This means no scratches on the screen, no dead pixels, no excessive wear. Answer: This item has been securely packaged by the manufacturer in a generic brown box intended for wholesale, so it is not in the original retail packaging.

Answer: We don’t know the details of why the item was refurbished.  It may or may not have been a floor model, but most likely it was purchased by a customer and returned.  It has been tested by the manufacturer as part of the refurbishing process.
