U.S. Shipping

For Domestic sales we ship with the United States Postal Service and use USPS Priority Mail,or UPS Ground for items weighing four pounds and up. Please note that these services do not provide tracking information. They can however, provide a confirmation of delivery. 

Large items being shipped to PR, HI and AK will be charged extra. Please contact us for a shipping quote prior to bidding/purchase.

Shipping to P.O. Box Addresses

Items delivered to P.O. Boxes weighing Four (4) Pounds or more will be shipped via USPS Express Mail.

International Shipping

For International sales we ship with the United States Postal Service and use USPS Express Mail with tracking. We are not allowed to collect Tariffs, Duties and Custom Fees so please consult your own government for these fees.

Return Policy

No returns on pre owned items. 

All Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Buyer will be responsible for shipping charges on returns. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of Delivery. Item(s) Must Be Unopened and in original packaging.  Due to manufacturer's policy, Warrantied or Defective Items Must Be Returned Directly to Manufacturers. You must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning an item to us.

We do not accept returns on opened items or any pre-owned auction items. Pre-owned items are sold as is. What you see is what you get.

Additional shipping charges for returns or exchanges shall be provided by the buyer.
