Our policies have changed:
All buyers (except for those in Canada) must send via Paypal a $100.00 deposit upon making purchase. This amount will be applied to the cost of the item and / or the shipping & handling charges as long as the transaction is completed. This is due immediately, and can be sent to nutek@triton.net and in the subject line please have the ebay item number! In the body of the deposit you MUST include your PHONE NUMBER with your complete ship to address (all of this info is needed for shipping documents)
The reason for this is that In order for us to get an actual international shipping quote we must pull down the machine part and package it. This is the only way to get an ACTUAL quote!!! Once packaged, many buyers tend to not complete the transaction, leaving the package there off inventory for several months. Then , when we do relist, if we get another question we must unpack the item in order to answer the potential customer’s question.
Before buying, feel free to get an estimated shipping cost. You can go to www.fedex.com (or provider of choice) or www.usps.com has international priority flat rate boxes that measure 11" X 8.5" X 5.5"and 12” x 12” x 5-1/2”, if your item will fit in this box AND total weight is UNDER 18 Lbs AND your country is on their list, rate is $40 + handling shown in the item description. USPS does not provide good tracking on their packages, it is NOT recommend by us and you ship via them at your own risk!
