INTERNATIONAL BUYERS’ SHIPPING RULES:
1. International First Class Mail for parcels under 4 pounds:
While we do offer International First Class Mail as an option on packages under 4 pounds. International First Class Mail is not traceable through the postal service. While most parcels arrive at their destination without problems we cannot guarantee the arrival of First Class Mail, We will provide the mailing label number printed through eBay. However, you must be aware that the United States Postal Service - USPS does not track First Class mail and does not allow insurance to be added to the package. First Class International Mail typically takes up to 3-4 weeks or more to reach you depending on your location and the import and, customs rules in your country. Once your item has been mailed we have no control of the delivery time standard nor, the import tariff charged by your country. Your item will be mailed in a timely manner with a customs/label number. but for these reasons, we cannot offer refunds for lost parcels sent via First Class International Mail. Please consider this when choosing your postage options when paying your invoice. We will not send packages as gifts or with a lowered declared purchase cost. This is a Federal Offense and can result in your item being refused by customs officials in your country if the parcel is opened by them. The United States Postal service is aware of frequent shippers such as eBay sellers. We simply cannot participate in illegal customs declarations.
PRIORITY MAIL OPTION FOR YOUR PROTECTION
2. We offer the option of Priority Mail for your purchase to avoid loss of your package: We offer the option of Priority Mail International Mail can be traced and insured. The USPS delivery standard for Priority International is 6-10 business days (not counting weekends). If a Priority Mail International package is lost we have the ability to trace it and file a claim. Please be sure to check with your local postal service for customs rules and pickup requirements. If you refuse your package due to the cost of import tariff it will come back to our location. In the past, parcels returned have taken up to 3 months or more to come back to us. If you refuse your parcel we cannot refund the cost of the item or shipping.
