While we here at RMC strive to add to your cycling experience by selling great quality gear at exceptional prices, we understand that not everything works out the way we hope, and the need to return items is a reality. If for whatever reason you receive your purchase and change your mind, please return it back to us within 7 days of receipt and once received by our Customer Service Team, we will issue your refund back to your original form of payment. All items must be received in the exact same condition they were sent out in, with all original packaging and paperwork. We cannot issue refunds for products that are missing parts or have been used. Outside of the 7 day return policy window, all return requests will be handled on a case by case basis and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
