Customer Service We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes an item does not meet expectations after reception. To allow for flexibility we accept returns a full 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund (no exchanges please). If, in the meantime, while waiting return/refund process to complete, you wish to purchase a different item, you may purchase the new item at any time. Please keep the following in mind:
1) Customers wishing to return an item should contact us first for a Request for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to returning any items. Please do not return items without first contacting us (we may refuse your return claim).
2) Please do not discard the manufacturer's packaging until after you are sure you wish to keep the item. We will need the packaging and returned merchandise to be in as close to the same condition as was received (Brand New).
3) We will not apply a refund for any returned merchandise that has obviously been used and cannot be resold as new (unless the item was damaged upon your reception of the package). 4) We will not accept any returns shipped to us without prior authorization.
