You will receive exactly what is pictured, so please look carefully at the photos provided. All of our toys are in clean working condition. They may show minor signs of wear due to normal play. Batteries, if needed are normally not included to reduce the weight. We hope that the toys that we offer will bring joy, fun, and education to the children who receive them and that the buyer will get a fantastic deal as well! We love to combine your orders for shipping whenever possible, however for obvious reasons that will not always be possible. We are always aiming for 5 stars to keep our fees and your costs as low as possible. 5 stars are very important to us and really matter for several reasons. Please consider the following when leaving feedback:
1. All items are as described. You will get exactly what is pictured. We try to provide detailed pictures and mention any defects, but we're only human; we could possibly miss something. Any mistakes are certainly unintentional. Also, we don't always know what might be important to you, the buyer, so if you have any questions please feel free to ask before bidding!
2. Communication: We try to answer all emails promptly. You will receive an automatic email from paypal when your item has been shipped with tracking information. We try not to fill your inbox with unwanted information.
3. We charge actual shipping costs, no handling charges. On occasion the estimate will be inflated and we always refund the overage. If you think the shipping cost is too high, we probably agree!! Please blame the post office not us!! (Actually, they do alot for the money and no one but inflation is likely to blame). :)>
4. We are responsible for getting your purchase into the mail within 3 days of cleared payment. We can not be responsible for how long it may take to get to you.

Please Remember: The items we sell come from various sources: Yard Sales, Thrift Stores, Tag Sales, Estate Sales and Auctions etc., so we do not know the complete history of all items. The items we choose to purchase are in good to like new condition. Everything has been thoroughly checked for broken parts, stains, tears, scrapes, chews etc. We may not always detect an existing odor such as smoke or mildew- again, please ask questions if that is important to you. All battery operated items have been tested and work properly to the best of our knowledge. Please email us if you have any questions...

Seller can only accept Paypal for payment due to Ebay Regulations and it is expected within 7 days. Contact is preferred within 3 days of auction end if payment will be delayed. We follow the "Unpaid Item Process" religiously as provided by Ebay.

Shipment is always within 3 days of cleared payment; sometimes same day! If we can't get it out for any reason such as weather or illness, we will surely notify you.
Insurance is always optional unless specified otherwise but strongly recommended, items are not our responsibility once they leave our hands. We use delivery confirmation or insurance with each package for tracking purposes.
