We are proud to accept any product in its original, brand-new condition (with any tags) for up to 30 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping (even when listing states 'free shipping') with original packaging included, and sufficient outer packaging to protect the unit in transit. 



Merchandise received back damaged or with missing components will not be eligible for refund.



On receiving the item, we will endeavor to process all refunds within 5 working days.
