CONDITION & AUTHENTICITY OF ITEMS: We do our best to accurately and completely describe all items. Brand tags are defaced in accordance with local and state authorities in order to prevent return to the retail stores. Condition of items is as described. If it says New With Tags – the item has the tag in tact. If the item says New Without Tags – the item is in new condition sans tags. If the item is in Excellent or Perfect Condition – there are no signs that this item has been used (no stains, tears, defects, fading, pilling or other indications of wear). If the item says Good Condition – the item has been gently worn and may show some signs of washing – again there are no stains, tears or defects. All items come from a SMOKE FREE and PET FREE environment. If you have a question about the condition or fit of an item, please contact us.
FIT and SIZING OF ITEMS: Manufacturers list their sizes on the tags inside the garment. We provide those in the sizing/measurement information. We also provide the actual garment measurements for your convenience because items will often fit different people in different ways. Please make sure that you read the measurements carefully and have considered whether the garment you are going to purchase will fit your body type, style and size adequately. Measurements for chest are armpit to armpit, measurement of sleeve is from top shoulder seam to tip of cuff, Hip measurement is at the widest part of the hip, waist is at the natural waist, length of tops are from the top shoulder seam to bottom hem. All measurements are unstretched as the garment lays flat. If you have questions about a measurement - please email us for more information prior to bidding.
SHIPPING: Items normally ship within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment with the exception of holidays or Sundays - Items will ship the next postal business day available. Items are mailed via USPS either First Class, Priority or Express Mail unless otherwise noted. We notify all of our customers when their item is shipped. If you do not receive your item within a timely manner 5-10 days, please notify as soon as possible so that we may track your item and provide current shipment information. The email that we send you contains all of the shipment information necessary to track your item on your own.
· COMBINED SHIPPING: Shipping discounts will be given for multiple auctions won within 3 days. To receive combined shipping discounts, all items must be paid for in one payment & shipped to the same address. Please DO NOT PAY until all auctions close - you MUST wait for us to create a customized invoice for the discount to be applied.
Combined shipping discount is calculated as follows:
Item with Highest S&H is applied first, all additional items shipped with the same order will have a discount applied.
How we calculate your discount:
Baby items ship for an additional $1.00 each S&H
Adult Clothing Items ship for an additional $1.50 each S& H with the exception of Jeans or heavier items as indicated.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: All items will ship via the US Postal Service. There are three methods of shipment available - please read the terms with each so that you understand your choices. All items will have the appropriate customs documentation accompanying the package. You are responsible for all customs fees and rights to import.
FIRST Class International: Items under 4lbs may ship via First Class. Items that ship first class do not have a tracking number. This means that once the item has cleared the US Postal System, we do not have a way to determine where your item is. You will need to contact your customs or postal service. Your item may arrive as soon as 3 days or it may take a couple of weeks.
Priority International: Items shipped via Priority will have a tracking number and we can tell you where your item is in transit. Typical delivery is from 1-10 days depending on the destination of the item.
Express International: Items shipped via Priority will have a tracking number and we can tell you where your item is in transit. Typical delivery is from 1-5 days depending on the destination of the item.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Pay pal is preferred method of payment. We also accept Paymate and Moneybookers payments. Payment is expected within 3 days of auction close. If you are bidding on additional items payment is expected within 3 days of final auction. Please email us if you intend to combine purchases. If you will require more time to pay for your items, please let us know upon purchase. If you have any questions during the payment process, please feel free to contact us.
NONPAYING BIDDERS: If your item remains unpaid for more than 7 days, a notice will be sent to you reminding you that you have an unpaid item. On the 8th day your item will be placed into an Unpaid Item Dispute if we do not hear from you. If you require longer than seven days to pay for your item, please email us as we are willing to work with you on payment for your item. Please contact us ASAP if you feel that your account or item purchase has been entered into this process by mistake.
