We are very pleased to offer for auction this large Mattel Francie Doll lot that we just acquired at an estate sale from the original owners. The lot consists of 4 vintage Francie dolls, over 50 pieces of original Mattel clothing, accessories and a vinyl Francie carrying case. Here is what we have. First we have a blond bend leg Francie doll dating back to 1966. She has beautiful facial paint with full dark pink lips, cheek blush, big brown eyes, brown eye liner, delicate brown brows and full rooted lashes (lashes a tad short on the right side...but they are all there). She has no neck splits, earring holes, blond hair is intact and soft and silky. Her body is very good...all fingers and toes are intact, legs click 3X and hold a pose, there are a few pin pricks on her feet and one ankle. She comes with her original one piece bathing suit. Next we have a straight leg Francie doll dating from 1966. She has great facial coloring with deep pink lips (slight rub on the top), big brown eyes, black eye liner and curved brown brows. Her blond hair is full and intact. She has no neck splits, one earring hole but no discoloration at the ear. Her straight leg body is very good, joints are tight all fingers and toes are present. Next we have a 1970 Hair Happenin’s Francie. She has darker blond hair than the usual light ones. Her face is slightly lighter but she has the most beautiful makeup with full, dark pink lips, vibrant cheek blush, big brown centered eyes, brown, dark brown brows and thick, full rooted lashes. She has no neck splits or earring holes. Her hair is in the original set and she has her hair ribbon that has faded to purple. Her body is good. All fingers and toes are accounted for, joints are tight, no pin prinks on feet or ankles, however, her right leg no longer bends and has a cut in the back. Left leg clicks 3X and holds a pose. She comes with her original blue nylon dress with white crocheted trim and soft blue heels. Lastly, we have a 1971 Malibu Francie. She has terrific facial coloring with full light pink lips, cheek blush, blue painted eyes, painted lashes, black liner and dark brown brows. She has no earring holes or neck splits, long blond hair is parted in the side and is still shiny and silky. Her body is excellent with all fingers and toes present, joints tight, legs click 3X and hold a pose, no pin pricks on feet or ankles. She comes with her original hot pink and red nylon bathing suit, orange cotton towel with fringe and pink sunglasses. Now for all the clothing....
